Statementof Faith

Sixteen affirmations that frame our worship, our teaching, and our walk together, rooted in the whole counsel of Scripture, from the Torah to the writings of the apostles.

  1. The One True God YHWH

    We worship one God: the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He is the Maker of heaven and earth and the Sustainer of all that He has made.

  2. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

    We confess that this one God has revealed Himself in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and they share one undivided essence. The Hebrew word "echad" (אֶחָד), meaning “one,” carries the sense of complex unity, and we hold that both the Tanakh and the New Testament testify to this echad nature of God.

  3. The Authority of Scripture

    We hold that the scriptures of the Bible, from Genesis through Revelation, are the infallible and authoritative Word of God. Divinely inspired, they are the place to which every believer must turn for guidance, growth, reproof, correction, and instruction in His will for our lives.

  4. Yeshua, Fully Human and Fully Divine

    We believe Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah is both fully human and fully divine. He is the fulfillment of the promise first given in Genesis 3, the seed of the woman who would crush the serpent's head. His virgin birth was given as a sign to Israel, marking Him as the long-promised Messiah: both the suffering Servant and the reigning King.

  5. Sin and Separation

    We believe that humanity's disobedience to God's revealed will has produced a real separation between people and the Lord. The desires of the unrenewed heart pull us away from Him, and only through Yeshua can we be reconciled to God by faith.

  6. The Atoning Blood of Yeshua

    We believe the only provision God has made for reconciling humanity to Himself is the atoning blood of Yeshua. He took upon Himself the penalty for our sin and disobedience. He was crucified and, after three days and three nights in the tomb, rose again, manifesting His victory over sin and death.

  7. No Other Name

    We believe there is no other name by which atonement may be received. The name and Person of Yeshua is the only name under heaven by which anyone, Jew or Gentile, may be reconciled to the Father.

  8. Salvation by Grace through Faith

    We believe salvation is received by faith, through the grace of God alone. It cannot be earned, merited, or maintained by human effort. To make someone a new creation is the work of God Himself.

  9. Miracles, Yesterday and Today

    We believe in the miracles of Yeshua, both yesterday and today. The Holy Spirit is alive and active in the life of the believer, producing the fruit of righteousness in those who walk with Yeshua. He continues to manifest His gifts, power, and authority in the local body of believers, equipping the congregation to be a supernatural community marked by love and service.

  10. Water Baptism (Mikvah)

    We believe in water baptism (mikvah). The Scriptures teach that whoever believes and is immersed will be saved, and that we are given new life in the Messiah through this act.

  11. Baptism of the Holy Spirit

    We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The Apostles received power and authority through this baptism, and we hold that this same outpouring is available today to all who walk in true faith.

  12. The Reality of Hell

    We believe in the existence of hell. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, and those who remain unsaved are subject to spend eternity separated from Him.

  13. The Resurrection of the Saved and the Lost

    We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost. Those who belong to the Messiah are raised to eternal life with Him; those who do not are raised to eternal separation from Him.

  14. Israel, A Channel of Blessing to the Nations

    We believe the nation of Israel was chosen by God to be a channel of blessing to all the nations of the earth. The return of the Jewish people and the restoration of all Israel are unfolding in fulfillment of biblical prophecy. The day will come when all Israel will be saved and the whole house of Israel will recognize Yeshua as the anointed Messiah. He will return to establish His worldwide reign from Jerusalem, and the nations will look upon Him with joy.

  15. The Seven Biblical Feasts

    We believe in honoring the Seven Biblical Feasts. We remember the Lord's sacrifice at Passover and celebrate the appointed Feasts of God in praise of Yeshua, so as to emulate the life of the first century believers. We hold that these seven feasts prophetically trace God's plan of salvation through His only begotten Son.

  16. Remember the Sabbath

    We believe in remembering the Sabbath day and keeping it holy. The Sabbath is a sacred time set apart to celebrate the work the Lord accomplished in creation. It is a feast of the Lord, observed each week from sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday.
